Thanks so much for shopping with us! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your herbal teas and art prints will make their way to you.

Order Processing Time

We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and can’t be guaranteed.

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as USPS or UPS.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Domestic & International Orders

U.S. Orders: We currently ship throughout the United States.
International Orders: If available, international shipping options and rates will appear at checkout. Please keep in mind that customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to show movement.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to get your order out quickly, we can’t be responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other issues outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may be returned or delayed. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date), and we’ll do our best to help.
